I edited wiglewifi.sqlite and remove all values in network and location tables less one value (to have data to upload).
It gives me the same issue when I try upload to wigle.net

Is not a out of storage issue. I have more than 1GB free. I found an errorstack file in wigle folder. I'm not sure if this errors corresponds to the same issue that I told you. I deleted this file and it was not generated again. How I can get the related error report? errorstack.txt content: WigleWi...

Since I upgraded to Android 7.1.2, I can't upload to wigle.net (the cvs file creation fails)
The message is the following:
