Hmmm, now there's a stat I "wasn't" watching although a few Netstumbler group members may have thought I uploaded that much in one week.

Very nice . Hmmm, what are the odds . . . . ? Is it possible that '68 Cessna is an ex-pipeline patrol plane with a pilot named Terry?

Hahaha, right. All you do is count networks when wardriving. Never with the intention of connecting to them. Every post you make shows just how clueless you really are. You true intentions are clear. You want to learn how to be a thief. Nobody is going to help you here. (The answer to that rhetoric...

Re: good god man

do you have any concept of how long it takes to count these things by hand?
we'll be lucky if we get there by 8MM and have to start all over!
I've heard there are some election workers in FL that can count reasonably well if you need extra help. Just think what the maps would look like.

Re: YIKES!!

73 files queued for processing! Is this database maintenance time?
There were a few strange things yesterday. I saw hratch's networks discovered go to zero for about 30 minutes which put me in 1st place. Then it magically came back where it should be.

Re: Netstumbler upload - never shows up

I'm new here but does it normally take a LIFETIME for a netstumbler upload to show up on the map? I scanned my neighborhood weeks ago and still not on the map. I thought it was a crappy upload so I did it again and it still hasen't shown up another week later. This site would be really practical & ...

I've given up WiFi for lent this year. Using nylon fishing wire and two tin cans will be the new standard. Makes it so much more interesting going around town. I hope Wigle will make stats possible on how many people is tripping over the nylon fishing lines. Would be great if it could be split up i...

It never will, wifi is just a passing fad, much like tamagotchis, it'll all be forgotten by this time next year.
Bah Hum Bug. They also said that after WWWDII. If anything truly kills it, gas prices will but I don't see any slowdown yet.

Re: yar

it was not intentional. i'm pretty sure we're not doing anything that *needs* 1.5. still trying to trace down what in the build caused this particular thing to happen :-) LOL, no finger pointing at all. Please don't take that post badly because it was not meant that way. 1.5 works well for me. I ju...
