the stats page is still not going to be accurate until the queue has been worked through.

fair enough. the aggregate stats page is only *actually* up to date when the files to be processed = 0. it at no point reflects the processing order in the queue, especially when there is an exciting backlog of work. if /you/ had a transid that was processed/completed out of order: something horribl...

processing is 100% in the order that we get the files committed.
the stats page is a batch aggregate, and not a queue status monitor.

if you can see it on the webmaps with "Use OpenStreetMap" checked, it should work in the android app.
it does take a bit the first time through an area for the OSM tiles to get rendered/cached.

they're cached + rendered locally to wigle, so depending on how tired the kittens are, it can take longer than expected the first time through an area.

version 1.58 of wigle wifi wardriving for android now has a setting to use wigle for the OSM tiles.
