Red dot but no SSID

I'm trying to identify points on the map and I don't see an SSID for a dot near where I work. Here's the location:

OTOH, I do see SSIDs near where I live:

Hi,

Probably you uploaded file where ssids arent. ( GPSXML from kismet ) You must upload another files. Pack it into tar.gz and do it again.

The point I gave isn't one of mine. I haven't yet tried to use my Wigle app on my Android while near my office.
