Inserting map packs under Wigle Android.

How do you Insert map packs under Wigle Android? I see a Wigle folder on the internal memory and I dropped files into it, but the app still comes up in chicago.

WigleWifi for Android uses OpenStreetMap for mapping, so you don't need to put anything on there. Once your device has a gps location it will start mapping in the location you are at.
