Blank .mappack for Riverside
The Riverside (CA) mappack file is blank, the pngs are there but the mappack is 0 length.
The blank mappack is not handled gracefully and causes a nullpointer exception at startup of JiGLE if the file is in the maps directory. To clarify the mappack in question is TGR06065.
