A couple of webmaps issues
Hello,
Here are a couple ideas for the webmap I've thought of while using Wigle:
- make the default location the users location (or close to it) using either GeoIP or the HTML5 geolocation api
- make geocoding available world-wide trough free APIs like Googles [1], OpenStreetmap [2], Bing [3] or Yahooo [4]
- make it possible to use alternative maps, not just google maps.
If you are interested I can try to help out with implementing these.
