Tasker - a bit of help?

Background:
I have my old phone setup in my car to wigle, pretty much 24/7. See photo here from the post pics of your rig thread: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=1451#p7496
I have Tasker (automation app) to start Wigle on boot. Getting wigle to run isn't a problem.
Tasker will also perform actions when certain conditions are met (ie. connected to a certain wifi). It will also let me pass data to an app.
Assistance needed:
What data can I pass to the Wigle android app to have it automatically upload? That way when I get home or turn on my activated phones' wifi, I can have it automatically upload?
