I don't know what the average file size is... But what about prioritizing small uploads from the android app? Like files under 1MB get bumped up in the queue.

Just what they need is more processing to even more slow down the already slow processing. Maybe more compute resources, or better processing, is the real need.

80-90%+ of my uploads are <1 MB.

Fair enough....what about crowd sourcing the processing? Like seti at home...who doesn't have a Cuda capable card these days?
