Speech Settings - filtered or unique SSID announcements

Would like feature to mute new SSID announcements based on either filter (blacklist / whitelist) or unique id.
As I drive through the city, I'm buried by the repetition where the voice queue becomes too long to be useful or amusing. Following are some prefixes for my area that would be helpful if I could mute them:

belkin.
CableWiFi
CenturyLink
DIRECT-
HOME-
HP
NETGEAR
SLCSD
WiFi Hotspot
XFINITY
xfinitywifi
