Location based on wifi SSIDs

Hi Wigle team,

I am working on a project which is related to Location based services.
We are planning to use GNSS module to get accurate location. But there will be times when GNSS module cannot work due to any reason(poor sight of satellites).
So we are planning to use Wifi Sniffer on the our product, to read near by SSIDs. My question here is explained below:-
- Our product can send near by SSIDs to Wigle.net in a command or something, and Wigle.net can reply back the with the location (latitude, longitude) based on these SSIDs.
- If yes what is the command response format ?
- Is there any additional cost for it ?
- Our product is supposed to work in US and European market.
