Altimeter

Btw:
The Altimeter by the Wigle-App displays ~ 50 meters too much
several times tested and compared with GPS Status & Toolbox
Conversion error in meters /feets ?

It seems to work correctly in general. Can you supply info on what device and default units you're using?

About displays 50 meters too low with samsung S5mini and motorola G4 Play .

GPS altitude is off by 10-20m even on professional GPS devices. I'm a Surveyor Engineer by profession.

Height is measured at Wigle with WGS84 ellipsoid. The measurement at sea level (n. N) is always slightly less
