I ported the badges over to the new server infrastructure, and even designed tests to make sure that unique hashes matched, but there's something in the legacy code that was down-casing usernames (which are part of how we generate the unique hashes.) Watch this space as I figure this one out.

Sure enough - we were lowercasing the usernames in the old generation code.

I've made the usernames appear faithfully to registered user names, and if you're the proud owner of a legacy badge, they should both update in lockstep each time you upload now. Your official hash going forward will be the one that appears on your user stats page, but it won't be a big deal to leave the old ones generating as well.
