My new setup - Lenovo T61p and Bluetooth GPS
Hello all. I've been MIA from wigle for almost two years. Originally I was scanning with an iBook G4, Garmin eTrex and a Syntax USB adapter. That setup worked very well. I have since sold that laptop.
Recently I purchased a Lenovo T61p Thinkpad. I'm in love with this laptop. It's a Core 2 duo with 2GB, Intel 3945 A, B and G adapter. For GPS I found a bluetooth reciever with a solar panel. The receiever is 24 channel with WAAS. The reciever is a i.Trek Z1, I think I have seen it re-branded.
I'm currently running Windows XP Pro SP2 with Netstumbler.
