Guys sorry if in wrong section but this is a urgent question. Does anyone know of any good software for Mac that will carry out a WiFi site survey? I've heard AirMagnet Survey allows Mac users to perform the basics of Wi-Fi site surveying with ability to map out signal, noise and even user performance, but it costs 2k... I found in a Google search one heatmapping tool for Mac called Netspot. Does it provide the same capabilities?

Thanks in advance
Not sure what all you need, but KisMAC will do the basics.

I too had been looking for some software’s compatible for Mac which would do the job of conducting a Wi-Fi survey. Although, AirMagnet Survey is one of the best for the same, the price tag is pretty much in the high end. Anyway, I guess I’ll go with the KisMac.
