Back to ZDConfig?

Didn't happen on my home laptop. Everything smoothly. At work, we were force fed Win10, I was pissed, again expecting a multitude of issues
I need to use ZDConfig (the product that accompanied my remote reciver) however when I attempt it open it say "Remote LAN is controlled by Windows Zero Configuration!!!". I've utilize the product previously yet for reasons unknown windows needs to assume control it. I've endeavored to end the administration utilizing the servics util in the adminstrative apparatuses yet it didn't work. How might I give control back to ZDConfig?
