Yep, that's what I've been hackin' away at, converting it to VB function by function, lol. Slow process but maybe one of these days I'll get it done. Hey Mentat, you wouldn't by chance know how to fix the offset would you? Seems that the USGS is using a different North reference or something.
Which offset do you mean? I think I ended up brute forcing some stuff with Terraserver as indicated by my random constants in the regular script.
TerraServer has just updated their site and interfaces, and now their OpenGIS server supports dynamic projection format changes. WiGLE data now lines up perfectly on top of DOQs. Also the color DOQs can be downloaded the same way. Here's an updated screen shot... portion of Cook County plotted on an urban-area CDOQ. Also, I've added in a new function that downloads these and makes mappacks for you automatically. I'll post a screenshot of that window later.
