Possible to query multiple ssid's at once? Got blocked already

Hello fellow wiglers,
I was playing with the api first time today. And I figured out after aprox 10 requests I got blocked for using to much queries. Yet I would like to lookup aprox 5000 ssid's automated for a research project (bachelor of science). Is see no information in the wigle documentation to handle such requests and how I should approach this problem.
Is there a way to send a query with multiple ssid's, so I wont overload the system?
Is there a way I can do the research on a offline database so I wont cost resources?
