It looks to me like it returns the access points that have had details in the DB updated on or after the query date/time entered in the form field. For example, to see APs updated on or after 0615 on August 4th, 2010 I enter this in format: 20100804061500 I want to see the APs updated on or after 06...

There's an option for querying the WiGLE DB based on "Last Update", which is a Time Field.

What timezone is the WiGLE server in?
