Proxying fixed

I found the bug with the proxying, when I cleaned up the code for contacting colorWiGLE I managed to put the proxy goo in the wrong place. Next version should have it fixed, I'll try to get one pushed out soon.

San Francisco MapPack

The San Francisco MapPack is now fixed (it was plagued by strange ocean blobs, making the actual city very small). I've added a mechanism to tweak different MapPacks, so if you run into problems with any others let us know.

Caching fixed, new version 0.5.2

Whoops, a >= became a <= for some reason, it's fixed in the new version. You can only do caching on the first map you load up, not on any you switch too, this will pry become in option in later releases once we start using more of a gui and less relying soley on command line options.

If you click on the link on the main page that says 'Download JiGLE MapPacks' you can then choose the state and county you would like get. If that county has never been requested before than a request is made to RiGLE to generate one. After 5 or 10 minutes you should be able to choose that state and...
