I follow, that was the point. Get all 4 of your cards on antenna's on the roof and you'll really see a difference. Amp $200.00 or $180.00 for 3 mobile marks.

If there is a choice between a amp and getting all your cards on external antenna's, I would go with more antenna's hands down.

Re: Rebuild

I finally got sick of fighting old school Lucent Orinoco pcmcia cards/firmware/drivers and rs-232 serial GPS and decided to refresh with all USB gear. So far so good, system is stable and collects well. Easy on and off, GPS is powered by laptop so one less thing to feed batteries to, or turn back o...

Not sure in Linux/wine support is needed as Kismet is king and has so many more features and is just better all round. I agree running a drone is something I'll try.I started out running NS as I'm sur...

Do you think we could pull this off with a bi-quad element on a dish tv dish? I understand some are capable of @12dB gain. You will need to do the math first but you don't control the ap so this isn't going to help. Would you try to keep the antenna cable between the element and the bridge as short...

Re: War-working!

I've searched all over and finally decided to come to the pros with a problem. Here's the deal. We've recently had the internet locked down at work.
