I can't log in to the forum

I can’t log into the forum using my ven1999 account (I can log in to the app without any problems). When I try to reset my password, I receive nothing by email. Are there any options on how to restore access or is everything lost?

Your account was disabled because it was abused - possibly someone guessed or found your password.
Access to the account can be restored using the password reset tool - make sure to use a strong password!

Thank you so much!!! It all worked, because in previous times when I tried to reset my password, I didn't receive an email with a link to reset my password.
