How Configure Dulles A/P Access?

I have a new laptop with Wireless. I wiould like to configure it to use the free access point supposedly at Dulles a/p. The Windows XP help/instructions are practically incomprehensible to me -- despite 20 years with my computers.

Is/are there simple configuration material somewhere?? to use Dulles access point -- or other airports?
