To start, you need software such as NetStumbler or Kismet, as well as (preferably) a pcmcia card (or internal card) that is supported by those software packages.

You can use a PSP.. Just go to the Network Settings and Scan for any wi-fi access points.. And for the sake of this site, write down the info and location and log it in
