Save a database query as a file?

Is there a way for you guys to set up the database query to allow me to get the results as a .csv or .xml (even one of those tar.gz'd) instead of output to the "screen" in .html?

I'd like to be able to save a master list of all the points I've logged and gotten "first find" credit for so I can convert it to a .kml or load it in my DeLorme software so I can map out the areas I still need to hit. I'm currently trying to drive every road in my county and overlaying everything in GE/DeLorme makes it a lot easier for me to plot routes.
