Suggestions for Upload Process Queue

Hi,

I've checked back within an hours time starting at process 21 and noticed that the process queue on http://wigle.net/gps/gps/User/trans/ appears to be stuck on process 12. Also the queue is stacking up but not decrementing.

My suggestion is to add to the status "Waiting to Process" the process number and in the "Percent Status Complete" column to show the actual process complete for the relative process (in the status column). This way if it is a really big file those anxious to see our results can grab a cup of coffee and come back later while its chunking away at other submitters processes.

I'm not sure if someone gets alerted if something gets stuck, but some type of notification would be great too like in the status having "Temporarily Offline" or something.

Lastly It would be great to get greater clarification in the queue:

If you look at your "Uploads" page, for files that aren't done it lists where you are in the queue. It was stuck, I did some maintenance, but didn't put things back quite right, it's running again now.
